How my journey began?
I am an autoimmune dis-ease survivor.
It was summer 2013 when I got suddenly unwell and doctors didn’t know what is wrong with me. Lots of different kind of symptoms like losing weight, diarrhea, fever, pain etc. and excessive hair loss for a longer period. I went several different physicians. It continued on/off situation till December 2013. Then I got an autoimmune dis-ease (IBD) diagnosis, finally factual information. Medications for it. The situation got worse because of the enormous intake of antibiotics, and got to back to hospital, where I short moment thought that this is an end point because I just getting worse and worse despite of medication. I started to think about my own funerals. (I guess this was an end-point for my old lifestyle, for old me.) I thought I ate and lived healthy but thinking afterwards I didn’t. I lost more weight, totally 23 kg, which physicians could not believe it is true. So I was just skin and bones. When I was lying in a hospital bed felt myself sad and unworthy then I experienced something spiritual. I guess it was my re-birth.

After this hospital trip I was on heavy drugs including immunosuppressive, 5-aminosalicylic acid / mesalamine, steroids, antibiotics etc. Don’t want to list them all here. I had to leave longer sick leave to get myself better for work and normal life. There was possibility for surgery if the drugs do not have the power to work but surgery wasn’t option for me at all. I decided to heal myself!
During my sick leave I read lots of spiritual books (among other things Dalai Lama, Thich Nhat Hanh, Rumi, Deepak Chopra, Dr Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle) and watched a meaningful movie called “Peaceful Warrior” by Dan Millman. – Nothing is impossible!
My health condition was so weak that couldn’t do any normal daily tasks at all only read books and watch movies. Thanks to one kind-hearted person who helped me with grocery and pharmacy shoppings, and drove me to physician and back home whenever needed. I am forever grateful for her help!
I got back to work in April 2014 and started to study deeply my diagnosis and did research, read books, articles, blogs, medical studies etc. and self-educated myself. I didn’t want to be on heavy medication the rest of my life, though physician told that min 4 years is a must. I wanted to find other ways to heal myself. It was some inner voice which guided me and gave strength. I studied and did a lot of research of autoimmune dis-eases and nutrition. Decided to go on eliminate diet for several months; just ate cooked and fermented veggie food. I have never eaten meat much, so it was easy to leave meat, sometimes I ate chicken or turkey but mainly veggies. Every fourth month I had appointment with my physician at hospital to re-evaluate my situation. Lab tests were okay but not good enough, so some medications were increased. They told in hospital that nutrition doesn´t help healing and I can eat everything. I knew this is not true. I took all prescribed drugs, meditated on daily and lived zen life as much as I could when having dynamic and hectic job. Sometimes I got setbacks with health situation but covered quickly with increasing some food like overripe banana, ginger, watermelon, licorice root just to name few. And the world´s strongest probiotics called Vivomixx, and L-glutamine powder – they were real salvation.
I did research almost everyday to find a holistic way to heal myself. Time went by and in the end of 2015 I found Jini Patel protocol which was helpful information to understand your gut. Also found Elizabeth Noble BSc, Dip Nat Res, Dip Nat Ther, and purchased her ebook, which was also very helpful toward a holistic health. Then I ate only cooked and raw veggie food (excl. like onion, bell pepper), took all needed supplements with suggested dosages according to Elizabeth Noble protocol. I also implemented Dr Mark Hyman MD nutrition guidance, he is a leading author with nutrition guidance.
Acupuncture, Solfeggio and energy healing were my salvation beside nutrition. In 2015 I took energy healing as a remote care 200 times a year, and still take it about 6x 10 times a year. My energy healer is a priceless! The processing of emotions and beliefs is very important for your healing. Will write own blog posts about Solfeggio and energy healing.

I also found in 2015 Medical Medium – Anthony William, who writes about mystery illnesses (MS, RA, diabetes, CFS, Lyme, UC, Crohn, HHV viruses etc.) and what is the real cause/s behind of them. This was turning point on my way to healthier life. I started to follow AW protocol (food, supplements, extracts, herbs) and still follow and I have been without ANY drugs almost over year now. And pain killers or antibiotics I haven´t used for 3 years. I feel myself great, healthy and energetic – actually I have never felt myself this great! Most of lab tests are great, one lab test still needs to get lower but I am on the right track now. I believe I can heal myself totally with all this wisdom that I have now! I have cleaned out of my life all chemicals, which are triggers for autoimmune dis-eases. Nowadays I use only organic and natural cosmetics and hygiene products, all cleaning agents are chemical-free, removed also all plastic and aluminium products out of my life.
In January 2016 I started juicing and drinking green clay to detoxify my body of all the toxins drugs caused. I drank celery-apple juice every morning before breakfast, beet-carrot-ginger juice in the evening, green clay before the bed to empty stomach, and many other stuff. Nowadays I drink in the evening 1l green juice (spinach-cilantro-kale-lemon-apple-cucumber) when having zen time. Around the same time I started to vegan, I found it perfect for my health, plus ethical issues. I also made decision to leave my drugs I believed healing with nutrition and supplements. I have taken vitamin D mega dosages for 3 years and now it is in the level that I can lower the dosage. During the last 3 years I have had tough conversations with the hospital physician about nutrition and supplements.
What is the root cause of my autoimmune dis-ease is another story. Let me tell it to you later.
I have always loved to cook food so it was and is easy for me to create healthy plant-based recipes, which inspired me to start Instagram food account. I am still studying nutrition science and holistic medicine deeply. It is my life mission to share all this information to other people and inspire them to eat healthy way to support their health. I AM a Master of Holistic Nutrition, in one day.

Now I eat plant-based food, grain free/gluten free, dairy free (mostly), sugar or artificial sweetener 0%, organic (when possible), no soy at any form, no corn (incl. corn starch), no processed oils, no potato, unprocessed food – this is my food philosophy now. Many people have asked whether I have a blog or not. Now I finally have, I want to share my own healing experience to everyone who seeks information and easy food recipes.
