Can the Body Heal Itself?

Yes. Body is meant to heal itself. Body doesn´t attack against you, this is a false fact.  Both “asthma” and “high blood pressure” are fictional dis-eases. In other words, they don’t really exist as self-contained, standalone dis-eases. They are merely symptoms of something else that your body is attempting to balance. Mostly dis-ease is a alarming state in your body that you need to change your life like nutrition, emotions, beliefs, stress etc.  Listen what your body is trying to tell you.  All medicines, toxins, chemicals, unnatural therapies shuts off the healing.

 You can change your DNA! Your thoughts and beliefs can change your brain, cells and DNA.

I am self-hacked. I have found my way to healthy life from autoimmune dis-ease. It has been a long journey but still continues. You need to find the root cause for your dis-ease then you can heal yourself.  Holistic medicine treats human holistically not only symptoms like modern medicine. When starting to heal yourself,  you need a critical thinking and open mind, and change your mindset and beliefs completely. Not to believe everything you hear and read. Believe the body can heal itself.

There are many people in the world, who has taken health in their own hands. Best knowns are Kris Carr and Chris Wark, both cancer survivors with holistic medicine.

Healthy people avoid poisoning their bodies with medicines, unnatural therapies, artificial sweeteners, MSG and other processed food ingredients. They avoid the chemicals in cosmetics, personal care products, household cleaning products and lawn care products.  Read my previous post about chemical detox. They avoid consuming meat from animals who have been pumped full of hormones and antibiotics. They keep their bodies as free from pollution as possible, and as a result, their innate healing powers are always working for them!
