What means Buddha Bowl?  There are no strict guidelines when defining a Buddha Bowl— contains the proteins, vegetables, grains and dressing vary. In essence, it’s an overstuffed bowl resembling the belly of Buddha. Most bowls are loaded with a ton of different kinds of veggies, roasted or served raw, mostly meatless.

Here is some kind of recipe for Buddha Bowl: 15 percent lean protein, 25 percent whole grains, 35 percent vegetables, 10 percent sauce, and 30 percent extras, like nuts, seeds, or sprouts.  Or whatever you have in fridge.

This is healthy way of getting balanced meal.  Time to time I want to eat Buddha Bowl, when I crave raw food.  Buddha Bowl will fill your soul with pure goodness that will taste divine.
